Job DetailsWhat You’ll Do
- Develop case strategy and provide day-to-day client counsel
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Manage a workers’ compensation caseload from start to resolution
- Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and external parties to move cases efficiently and effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed attorney in New Hampshire
- 1-5 years of litigation experience (workers’ compensation, personal injury, insurance defense, or related civil litigation experience)
- Interest in building a practice in workers’ compensation law
